About Shannon
I, Shannon Smith, was not born nor raised in Bristol, TN. My first visit was in late 2013 with my husband to be. Somewhere in the mixture of the colorful fall mountains and all around friendly people I realized. Not that I would eventually find a passion for real estate in the area, but rather I realized that this was where I belonged. In my recipe for a passionate realtor, this sense of belonging is my first ingredient, followed closely by an outgoing personality and a comprehensive fascination with the housing market as a whole. My passion for what I do does not end there. The overwhelming joy I find in other’s satisfaction drives me in my day-to-day search.
